溃疡性结肠炎体外模型研究进展

Research progress of in vitro model of ulcerative colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的发病率在世界范围内呈逐年增加的趋势,被WHO列为难治性疾病之一。UC的发病原因尚未得到透彻的认知,除腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等典型肠道表现外,还可伴发多器官、多系统的肠外表现,严重影响患者的生活、工作。此外,长病程的UC患者罹患结肠癌的风险较高,给患者造成巨大的心理压力,影响身心健康。对UC的研究日益深入,相较于临床研究和动物实验研究,UC的体外实验数量较少。笔者通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,围绕UC模型细胞株、致炎剂的选择以及模型建立的评价标准进行了归纳,为今后UC体外实验中细胞模型的建立和应用提供一定的参考。

The incidence of ulcerative colitis(UC)is increasing year by year in the world and is listed as one of the refractory diseases by WHO.The cause of UC has not been thoroughly recognized.In addition to typical intestinal manifestations,such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus pus and bloody stools,it can also be accompanied by multiple organ and multi-system parenteral manifestations,which seriously affects patients’lives and work.In addition,patients with long-term UC have a higher risk of colon cancer,causing tremendous psychological stress on the patient and affecting physical and mental health.Therefore,the research on UC is getting deeper and deeper.Compared with clinical research and animal experiment research,the number of in vitro experiments of UC is small.By reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,the authors summarize the selection of UC model cell strains,inflammatory agents,and evaluation criteria for model establishment,aiming at a comprehensive understanding of UC in vitro experiments,and further development and innovation,thus providing a reference for the establishment and application of cell models in UC in vitro experiments.
