摘要
氨氮高盐废水的产生主要是化学生产所致,随着我国整体经济的不断发展,氨氮高盐废水的产生量不断增加,如果未经全面处理,会导致水体出现溶解氧浓度降低,进而导致所排放废水的水质严重下降,甚至发生中毒问题。在以往处理氨氮高盐废水时,主要采用传统处理方法,处理效果并不理想,容易出现二次污染,所排放的污水本身氨氮和盐含量偏高,无法达到国家的相应标准。为了更好地实现氨氮高盐废水的全面高效处理,保障水质安全无污染,本文根据氨氮高盐废水的特点,提出了利用电催化氧化蒸发结晶的方式,实现氨氮高盐废水的及时快速处理,减少了外界不同因素的影响,提高了污水的综合处理水平,也减少了污水对环境的影响,从而更好地促进了我国化工行业的发展。
The production of ammonia nitrogen high salt wastewater is mainly caused by chemical production,with the continuous development of our overall economy,ammonia nitrogen high salt wastewater increasing,if no comprehensive treatment,will lead to the reduction of dissolved oxygen concentration,resulting to the water quality drop seriously,even produce strong poisoning problem.In the past,in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen and high salt wastewater,the traditional nursing method is mainly used,but the treatment effect is not ideal,which is easy to lead to secondary pollution.The ammonia nitrogen and salt content of the discharged treated sewage itself is high,which can not meet the corresponding national standards.In order to better realize the comprehensive efficient treatment of ammonia nitrogen high salt wastewater,ensure safety no pollution,the author in this paper,mainly according to the characteristics of ammonia nitrogen high salt wastewater,put forward the electrocatalytic oxidation evaporation crystallization,realize ammonia nitrogen high salt wastewater timely rapid treatment,reduce the influence of different factors,improve the level of comprehensive treatment of sewage,reduce the impact of sewage on the environment,better promote the development of chemical industry in China.
