Emergency Drill Design and Drill Evaluation Analysis of Sudden Environmental Events

本文通过对多场突发环境事件应急演练在组织形式、情景设置、实施效果等方面调查分析的基础上,结合环境应急演练在组织实施和后期效果评估过程中遇到的问题,对开展环境应急演练的前期准备工作、演练实施以及后期演练总结评估等各个环节的关键节点进行分析,提出工作要点,可为企事业单位做好突发环境事件应急演练工作提供参考和借鉴。

The paper based on the investigation and analysis of several environmental emergency drills in organizational form,scenario setting and implementation effect,combined with the problems encountered in the process of organizational implementation and later effect evaluation of environmental emergency drills.This paper analyzes the key points of environmental emergency drills in the early stage,the implementation of the drill and the summary and evaluation of the later stage,and puts forward the work points,which can provide reference for enterprises and institutions to do a good job in environmental emergency drills.
