在生产生活中,突发环境事故不可避免,需要做到的是尽量通过生态应急方式来进行处理,以降低损失,减少危害,更好地保护环境安全。之所以要加强突发环境事故中的生态应急保护,是基于社会可持续发展的需要和社会公共治理工作的现实要求。在具体策略层面,要从增强应急管理,编制应急预案入手,然后基于正确的工作方式,综合做好组织架构、队伍建设、现场处理等方面工作,最后做好善后工作,消除生态安全隐患。
