生态环境监测能力建设进展与发展对策

Progress and Countermeasures of Ecological Environment Monitoring Capacity Construction

自十八大以来,我国越来越重视生态环境建设,力求建设更多生态文明城市,打造优质生活环境,促进经济与环境协调发展、共同发展。生态环境为我们提供日常所需的水资源,丰富的土地资源以及适合的气候资源。如果没有对生态环境进行有效保护,那么人类的生存质量将会大大降低,所以生态环境的良好与否直接关系着人类生活质量的高低,从而影响着人类的长远发展和可持续发展。保护生态环境,环境监测是必不可少的环节,也是不可忽视的重要步骤。只有前期做好生态环境的监测,才能更加有针对性地去优化环境、净化环境,从而保护环境。因此,当前对于生态环境监测能力建设有了更高的要求,希望不断提升环境监测能力,更加精准地做好环境监测,了解生态环境的变化趋势,发现存在的主要问题,并提出措施去弥补这些不足。本文以此为主要研究对象,先了解环境监测及其重要性[1],然后分析我国环境监测能力的进展,最后提出一些合理措施,促进监测能力的进一步发展,希望本文观点能够供行业内人士作间接性参考。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has paid more and more attention to the construction of ecological environment,striving to build more ecological civilization cities,create high-quality living environment,and promote the coordinated and common development of economy and environment.The ecological environment provides us with the water we need for daily life,allows us to grow in trees,flowers,animals and other biological resources,and develop in harmony with them,and gives us rich land resources and suitable climate resources.Without the protection of the ecological environment,the quality of human life will be greatly reduced.Therefore,whether the ecological environment is good or not is directly related to the quality of human life.Thus affecting the long-term development and sustainable development of mankind.In promoting the good ecological environment,environmental monitoring is an essential link and an important step that can not be ignored.Only by doing a good job of ecological environment monitoring in the early stage,can we optimize the environment and purify the environment more specifically,so as to protect the environment.Therefore,at present,there are higher requirements for the construction of ecological environment monitoring capacity.It is hoped to continuously improve the environmental monitoring capacity,do a better job of environmental monitoring more accurately,understand the change trend of the ecological environment,find the main problems,and put forward measures to remedy these deficiencies.Taking this as the main research object,this paper first understands environmental monitoring and its importance^([1]),then analyzes the progress of China's environmental monitoring capacity,and finally puts forward some reasonable measures to promote the further development of policy capacity.It is hoped that the views of this paper can be used as an indirect reference for people in the industry.
