土壤作为最珍贵的自然资源,既是人类生存发展的基础,也是工业建设和园林建设的重要地基资源。而地下水作为工农业用水、生活用水的源泉,与整个社会经济的发展息息相关。由此可以看出,两者在经济发展和环境循环中均是极为重要的基础资源。一旦被污染,就会产生各种各样的负面影响,例如沼泽化、沙漠化、盐渍化等。因此,为了维持经济和生态效益的稳定,土壤和地下水的污染治理已迫在眉睫。

As the most precious natural resources,soil is not only the foundation of human survival and development,but also the important foundation resources of industrial construction and garden construction.Groundwater,as the source of industrial and agricultural water and living water,is closely related to the development of the whole social economy.It can be seen that both are extremely important basic resources in economic development and environmental cycle.Once polluted,it will produce a variety of negative effects,such as marsh,desertification,salinization and so on.Therefore,in order to maintain the stability of economic and ecological benefits,soil and groundwater pollution control is obviously urgent.
