专题与综述环境噪声监测中应注意的问题与对策分析

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in Environmental Noise Monitoring

随着我国社会经济及工业水平的不断提升,环境污染的类型繁多,其中噪声污染也属于较突出的一种。噪声污染会对人们的身心造成不利影响,甚至危及健康,因此强化环境监测和治理,成为当今环境保护工程的重点。通过实时的噪声监测,能够及时发现引发噪声的因素和影响程度,并采取措施减轻污染,实现人与自然的和谐共处。本研究结合实际,以云南大理州2019年、2020年间的噪声年报数据为基点,对环境噪声的定义、目前我国环境噪声的监测现状进行分析,随后探究噪声监测中相关技术人员应注意的问题,并提出相对应的强化对策。

With the continuous improvement of China's social economy and industrial level,there are many types of environmental pollution,among which noise pollution is also a more prominent one.Noise pollution will cause adverse effects on people's physical and mental activities,and even endanger their health.Therefore,strengthening monitoring and treatment has become the focus of contemporary environmental protection projects.Through the implementation of noise monitoring,the causing factors and the influence degree of noise can be found in time,so as to take measures to reduce pollution,and realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Based on the actual situation,based on the noise annual report data of Dali Prefecture in Yunnan Province in 2019 and 2020,analyzing the definition of environmental noise and the current monitoring situation in China,then explore the problems that relevant technical personnel should pay attention to in noise monitoring,and put forward corresponding strengthening countermeasures.
