摘要
本文在访谈调查及《成都市社会企业发展白皮书》基础上,从社会管理学与经济社会学的角度分析并进行质性与量性研究,发现社会企业:(1)经济绩效与社会绩效之间存在着互斥现象;(2)即使在社会性和无偿性(辅助条件)不够显著的产业中,鲁棒性和长期性作为核心条件也会驱动社会企业社会绩效的提升;(3)这种互斥现象是由制度资本分配比例倾斜、社会企业家精神缺失、政府导致企业的预算软约束及社会企业转型惯性所形成。
Based on the interview survey and White Book on Social Enterprises in Chengdu,this paper uses management science of society and sociology of economics to conduct qualitative and quantitative research,and finds that:(1)there is a mutually exclusive phenomenon between economic performance and social performance;(2)even in industries where sociality and gratuitousness(auxiliary conditions)are not significant enough,robustness and long-term as the core conditions will drive the improvement of social performance of social enterprises;(3)this mutual exclusion phenomenon is formed by the inclination of the distribution proportion of institutional capital,the lack of social entrepreneurship,the soft budget constraints of enterprises caused by the government,and the inertia of social enterprise transformation.
