磁吻合装置磁场分布的有限元分析及生物学效应研究

摘要 目的:分析不同磁吻合装置磁场的时空分布,并探究其对吻合口的影响。方法:采用磁芯和磁壳结构,制作磁场分布不同但形状、尺寸和吻合力一致的2种磁吻合装置,并对其磁场的时空分布进行有限元分析。对SD大鼠采用2种磁吻合装置进行回肠侧侧吻合,观察不同磁场作用下吻合口的大小、力学性能和病理学等指标是否发生变化。结果:磁芯结构和磁壳结构磁吻合装置磁场的时空分布不同,吻合口处磁感应强度分别为67.67~126.73 mT和38.94~329.23 mT。采用2种磁吻合装置吻合的大鼠的吻合口在大小、力学性能和病理学等方面没有差异。结论:磁吻合装置不会因磁场时空分布的不同而对吻合口产生影响,磁场仅作为吻合力的发源而不产生其他生物学效应。 Objective To analyze temporal and spatial distributions of magnetic fields in different magnetic compression devices(MCD)and explore their influences on anastomosis.Methods Two magnetic compression devices with different magnetic field distributions while the same shape,size and anastomosis force were fabricated using the structure with magnetic core and shell,and the spatial and temporal distributions of their magnetic fields were analyzed by finite element analysis.Ileal side-to-side anastomosis was performed in SD rats using the two magnetic anastomosis devices,and the changes in the size,mechanical properties and pathology of the anastomoses were observed under the effects of different magnetic fields.Results The magnetic compression devices with the structure of magnetic core and shell had different temporal and spatial distributions of magnetic fields,and the magnetic induction intensity at the anastomosis was 67.67-126.73 mT and 38.94-329.23 mT,respectively.There were no differences in size,mechanical properties or pathology between the anastomoses of the rats treated with the two devices.Conclusion The magnetic field of the magnetic anastomosis device does not affect the anastomosis due to differences in the spatial and temporal distributions,which acts only as a source of ana-stomotic force and produces no other biological effects.
