摘要 强化卫生防疫人员现场处置能力是应对突发公共卫生事件的有效手段。为应对目前现场流行病学教学中普遍存在“重理论,轻实践”的现象,将虚拟仿真技术融入现场流行病学教学体系显得尤为重要。虚拟仿真教学系统将虚拟场景与教学实践有机结合,使学生在虚拟场景中完成突发公共卫生事件的现场流行病学调查和事件处置,培养学生的实践能力,拓展现场流行病学实践教学空间,为学生提供自主学习机会,为解决突发公共卫生事件现场处置培训与演练中的高污染、高成本和高风险等问题提供参考。 Strengthening the on-site handling capacity of health and epidemic prevention workers is an effective means to deal with public health emergencies.In order to minimize the phenomenon of"emphasizing theory and neglecting practice"in the current field epidemic teaching,it’s necessary to integrate virtual simulation technology into the field epidemiology practice teaching system.The teaching platform combines virtual scenes with practice teaching.This could guide the students to complete the investigation and control of emergency public health events in the virtual scene,develop students’skills in dealing with emergency public health events,expand the space for field epidemiology practice teaching,and provide independent learning opportunity for students.Furthermore,it provides a potential solution to the problems of high pollution,high cost and high risk in the training in handling public health emergencies,and has a broad application prospect in the field of preventive medicine education.
