Inflammatory bowel disease and evaluation of pregnancy and fertility

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种病因不明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)。近年来我国IBD患病率呈现上升趋势,且其发病高峰年龄段与育龄期重叠。因此,对IBD患者妊娠及生育力进行安全、有效的评估是临床医师面临的难题之一。本文对IBD患者妊娠及生育力相关问题进行总结,以期为育龄期IBD患者的治疗提供参考。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease of unknown etiology,mainly including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn's disease(CD).Recently,the incidence of IBD has been on the rise in China,and its peak age of onset overlaps with the reproductive age,so safe and effective evaluation of IBD patients'pregnancy and fertility is a challenge for clinicians.This paper summarizes the pregnancy and fertility related problems in IBD patients,in order to provide reference for the treatment of IBD patients of childbearing age.
