Interpretation of the Standard of Requirements for Capability of IoT Practitioners

为科学化、规范化推动物联网领域人才管理提供参考,介绍了物联网行业技术人才及物联网从业人员标准化现状,从标准结构、职业分类和等级、能力要素、能力要求和评价方法等方面对SJ/T 11806—2022《物联网从业人员能力要求》的主要内容进行了解读,并将该标准与物联网国家职业技术技能标准的区别与联系进行对比分析,提出了标准实施的措施及建议。

In order to provide a reference for scientific and standardized promotion of personnel management in the field of internet of things,this paper introduces the current situation of the standardization of IoT industry technicians and IoT practitioners,interprets the main content of SJ/T 11806—2022 Competence Requirements for Internet of Things Practitioners,from the aspects of standard structure,occupational classification and grade,ability elements,ability requirements and evaluation methods,etc.And compares and analyzes the difference and connection between the standard and the national vocational and technical skills standard of the internet of things,and put forward measures and suggestions for the implementation of the standard.
