摘要
酸性水汽提装置为石化行业重要的环保处理装置,其运行是否平稳直接影响污水能否合格排放。某炼厂60 t/h双塔汽提酸性水装置净化水不合格,直接影响全厂生产运行。通过技术排查,排除塔盘油泥堵塞、结垢堵塞、塔盘翻转和变形等问题,最终定因为重沸器热源不足。经技术改造,该问题得到有效解决,确保了装置长周期运行。
A 60 t/h double-tower stripping sour water unit in a refinery of Yanchang Petroleum was found to be unqualified in its purified water treatment,which could affect the overall operation of the refinery.Through technical investigation,the causes of oil sludge clogging,scale clogging,tray turnover and deformation were eliminated,and insufficient heat source of the reboiler was finally identified as the problem.Through technical reform,the the problem has been solved,ensuring a long and stable operation for the unit.
