摘要
近年来,钻井泥浆不落地处理技术在国内油气田企业得到普遍应用。但固液分离后固相泥饼、废液尚无经济有效的处置渠道。现阶段仍需从废弃钻井液减量化入手,从源头控制废弃钻井液的产生量。针对目前存在的一些技术短板,探讨了水基钻井液固相控制和重复利用技术,构建钻井液集中配制和集中排放管理的运行管理模式,对环境友好型钻井液技术攻关思路作了初步探讨。
Drilling mud treatment technology without landing has been widely used in domestic oil and gas enterprises in recent years.However,there is no economic and effective disposal channel for mud cake and waste liquid after solid-liquid separation.We still have to make an article on reduction of waste drilling fluid at this stage.The production of waste drilling fluid should be controlled from the source.Aiming at the technical defects of the drilling mud treatment technology without landing,solid phase control and recycle technology of water-based drilling fluid are discussed in this paper.The operation mode of centralized drilling fluid preparation and discharge management is constructed.The technical thinking of environmental friendly drilling fluid technology research is put forward in the paper.
