丁二烯二聚物精制及脱氢制乙苯技术研究

摘要 研究了丁二烯装置副产物丁二烯二聚物的精制及脱氢制乙苯技术。结果表明,通过氮气汽提可以完全脱除丁二烯二聚物中的丁二烯物质。且该精制料在温度低于459℃时,在弱酸性硅球表面,不发生裂解反应。利用某石化研究院自主开发的VTE-1催化剂,可以将丁二烯二聚物高效脱氢制成乙苯。在丁二烯二聚物液体空速0.6 h-1,氮气与丁二烯二聚物体积比50:1,反应温度380℃条件下,丁二烯二聚物转化率接近100%,得到的液体产物中乙基环己烷含量2%,甲苯含量15%,乙苯含量82%。 This study presents the technology of refinement of butadiene dimer from the by-product of butadiene plant,and its dehydrogenation to ethylbenzene.The results show that the butadiene in butadiene dimer material can be completely removed by nitrogen stripping.The refined materials was found that the pyrolysis reaction of the butadiene dimer did not occur when the temperature was lower than 459℃on the surface of.Moreover butadiene dimer can be efficiently dehydrogenated to ethylbenzene by VTE-1 catalyst,which is developed by Yangzi Petrochemical Nanjing Research Institute.With the liquid space velocity at 0.6 h^(-1),the volume ratio of nitrogen to butadiene dimer at 50:1,and the reaction temperature at 380℃,the conversion rate of butadiene dimer is close to 100%.The liquid product contains 2%ethyl cyclohexane,15%toluene and 82%ethylbenzene.
