驻村帮扶助推乡村产业发展的探析--以长沙市H村为例

推动乡村产业发展,促进产业振兴,是当前乡村振兴工作的首要目标。乡村产业目前存在产业规模偏小、产业结构单一、人力资本不足、发展意识不够、发展规划欠缺、外部助力匮乏、资源利用有限等一系列问题。通过选派驻村帮扶工作队入村工作,凭借驻村工作队员的个人能力、社会资源以及派驻单位的后盾支持,可以有效推动乡村产业的发展,带动村级集体经济收入和村民个人收入的显著增长,为乡村振兴工作提供重要的物质保障。

Promoting the development of rural industries and promoting industrial revitalization is the primary goal of the current rural revitalization work.At present,there are a series of problems in rural industry,such as small industrial scale,single industrial structure,lack of human capital,lack of development awareness,lack of development planning,lack of external assistance,limited resource utilization and so on.By selecting the resident assistance team to work in the village,with the personal ability of the resident team members,social resources and the backing support of the dispatched units,it can effectively promote the development of rural industry,drive the significant growth of village level collective economic income and villagers'personal income,and provide important material guarantee for the rural revitalization work.
