摘要
文章跟踪调查广东农垦粤东财务共享中心初期的建设和运营情况,对财务共享中心在农垦的作用、共享中心建设中的流程再造、人员转型和制度统一等方面进行分析研究,对其他地区农垦集团和大型农业产业集团财务管理模式变革有借鉴意义。
The article tracks and investigates the initial construction and operation of the Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Financial Sharing Center in the eastern part of the country,analyzes and studies the role of the financial shar ing center in the agricultural reclamation,the process reengineering in the construction of the sharing center,personnel transformation and system unification,and conducts analysis and research on other regional agricultural groups.It is of ref erence significance to the reform of financial management model of large agricultural industry groups.
