不良事件上报“双系统”操作模式的构建及其效果分析

The construction of the“dual system”operation mode for reporting adverse events and its effect analysis

目的建立高效稳定的不良事件报告系统,夯实医疗安全管理体系。方法通过对医院不良事件报告系统进行再造,增加随手拍系统,构建不良事件上报“双系统”操作模式,并在此基础上改进医疗安全管理模式。结果通过对实施“双系统”操作前后数据进行分析,医院不良事件上报例数从每年上报513例上升至1022例,医疗纠纷、行风投诉等数量上逐年下降。结论不良事件“双系统”操作优化了不良事件上报流程,减轻了临床负担,提高了不良事件上报的数量,使管理者及时了解并掌控不良事件,采取干预措施,有效减少了恶性事件发生,夯实了医疗安全预警管理体系。

Objective To establish an efficient and stable adverse event reporting system and consolidate the medical safety management system.Methods By rebuilding the hospital’s adverse event reporting system,adding the random shooting system,constructing a“dual system”operation mode for reporting adverse events,and improving the medical safety management mode on this basis.Results By analyzing the data before and after the implementation of the“dual system”operation,the number of reported cases of adverse events in the hospital increased from 513 cases to 1022 cases per year,and the number of medical disputes and professional ethics complaints has decreased year by year.Conclusion The“dual system”operation of adverse events optimizes the reporting process of adverse events,reduces the clinical burden,increases the number of adverse events reported,and enables managers to understand and control adverse events in a timely manner to take intervention measures,effectively reducing the occurrence of malignant events and consolidating the medical safety early warning management system.
