入境隔离期人员医疗救治定点医院红区感控督导实践及应用效果

Monitoring management and application effect of contaminated areas in designated hospitals for people during quarantine period

目的分享入境隔离期人员医疗救治定点医院红区感控督导工作经验和取得成果。方法在天津医科大学总医院空港医院成立红区感控督导小组,阐述了红区感控督导意义,制定了督查内容,采用现场查看交流、视频实时监督、环境采样分析三种工作方法进行红区感控督查。结果防护用品使用不规范人员比例呈逐月下降趋势;病区消毒后环境检查合格率升高;发现感控风险点10项,提出了相应的解决方案。结论在入境隔离期人员医疗救治定点医院开展红区感控督导是十分必要的。现场查看在规范防护用品穿脱流程、病区消毒流程,以及发现隔离病区与非隔离病区交接处感控风险等方面发挥了重要作用;视频监控延伸感控督查视角,能够做到全记录可追溯;环境采样是监测消毒效果的重要手段,确保环境安全。三种工作方法互为补充,能够及时发现及纠正临床工作的感染风险,让院感防控工作贴近临床,促进感控工作落实。

Objective To share experience and achievements in monitoring and supervising the contaminated area of designated hospitals for people during quarantine period.Methods Setting up the control supervision group in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Airport Hospital,the paper explains the significance of supervision group,formulates the content of supervision,and defines three working methods,namely,field inspection and communication,video real-time supervision and environmental sampling.Results The proportion of non-standard use of protective equipment decreased month by month.The qualified rate of environmental inspection increased after disinfection.Ten risk points of sense control are found and corresponding solutions are put forward.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out the supervision of the contaminated area in designated hospitals.Field inspection plays an important role in standardizing the procedures of putting on and taking off protective equipment,the procedures of ward disinfection,and discovering the risk of infection at the junction between isolated ward and non-isolated ward.Video real-time supervision extends infection control inspector and can achieve full record traceability.Environmental sampling is an important means to monitor disinfection effect and ensure environmental safety.The three work methods are complementary to each other,which can timely detect and correct the risk of infection in clinical work,make the prevention and control of hospital infection close to clinical work and promote the implementation of infection control work.
