摘要
目的探讨“雁阵效应”的团队建设在临床科室耗材管理的应用研究。方法根据耗材管理方法将我院骨关节科不同时期分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用传统耗材管理模式;观察组给予“雁阵效应”的团队建设联合“ABC”分类法对临床科室耗材进行管理,并与传统耗材管理模式进行比较,评价及分析“雁阵效应”的团队建设联合“ABC”分类法对临床科室耗材进行科学管理,提升管理效率,节约医院运行成本的效果。结果观察组在科学化管理医用耗材,提升管理效率,节约医院运行成本的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“雁阵效应”的团队建设联合“ABC”分类法对临床科室耗材进行管理,有助于提高管理效率及护理人员的自我满意度,降低科室耗材成本。
Objective To explore the application of team building of“geese array effect”in consumables management in clinical departments.Methods According to the management method of consumables,the Department of Orthopedics and Arthritis of our hospital was divided into observation group and control group in different periods.The control group used traditional consumables management mode;the observation group used the team building of the“geese array effect”combined with the“ABC”classification method to scientifically manage the clinical department consumables,and compared with the traditional consumables management mode to improve the management efficiency,and save the hospital’s operating costs.Results The effect of scientific management of medical consumables,improvement of management efficiency,and hospital operation cost savings in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The team building of“geese array effect”combined with“ABC”classification method to manage consumables in clinical departments can help improve management efficiency and self-satisfaction of nursing staff,and reduce the cost of consumables in departments.
