摘要
人才是医院实现高质量发展转型最核心的战略资源。广州市某市属医院在转型期人才队伍建设面临科研基础薄弱、科研意识不足、人才管理有待加强三大困境。为实现突围,该院实施创新引才形式、创新育才模式、创新用才机制三大举措,使得医院的综合实力和人才引、育、留、用成效得到显著提升。基于此,笔者对医院进一步加强人才队伍建设提出了强化人才队伍建设的顶层设计、引进培育优势紧缺学科人才、搭建工作和生活双重保障机制的建议和思考。
Talents are the core strategic resources during hospitals’high quality development transition period.This paper firstly introduces three difficulties that a municipal public hospital in Guangzhou faced in talent team construction during high quality development transition period,which include weak scientific research foundation,lack of scientific research awareness and weak talent administration.In order to achieve breakthrough,this hospital innovates its talent recruitment ways,talent cultivation models and talent deployment mechanism.As a result,this hospital’s overall strength is enhanced and the quantity and quality of its talent are improved.Finally,this paper points out three reflections on talent team construction in municipal hospitals,which are emphasizing system design,introducing specialists for preponderant disciplines and shortage disciplines,and providing work and life security.
