闭环管理系统对内镜再处理质量控制的影响

The influence of closed loop management system on quality control of endoscopic reprocessing

目的探讨内镜再处理质量控制应用闭环管理系统的效果。方法选取2020年9月-2022年3月时间段内本院患者使用后的软式消化内镜共计60000根作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(30000根)和对照组(30000根),对照组在本院老院区实施传统管理模式下常规内镜再处理,观察组在新院区实施闭环管理模式下内镜再处理环节信息化、层层监控、精准追溯,比较两组菌落形成单位、操作规范程度及内镜消毒合格率。结果观察组菌落形成单位较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);观察组预处理、镜体清洗、附件清洗、漂洗、消毒操作规范评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组内镜消毒合格率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论内镜再处理质量控制应用闭环管理系统,能够减少菌落形成单位,提高操作规范程度,提高内镜消毒合格率。

Objective To explore the effect of closed loop management system in endoscopic reprocessing quality control.Methods A total of 60000 soft digestive endoscopes used by patients in our hospital from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(30000)and control group(30000).The control group implemented routine endoscopic reprocessing under the traditional management mode in the old hospital area of our hospital,and the observation group implemented informatization,layer by layer monitoring and accurate tracing of endoscopic reprocessing under the closed loop management mode in the new hospital area.The colony forming units,the degree of standard operation and the qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection were compared between the two groups.Results The colony forming units in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of pretreatment,lens cleaning,accessory cleaning,rinsing and disinfection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed loop management system in the quality control of endoscopic reprocessing can reduce colony forming units and improve the degree of operation specification and the qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection.
