This paper discusses the application of face recognition technology in digital signature technology of EMR patients,and solves the problems of identity trust,responsibility traceability and legal effectiveness of EMR in EMR system.Through the patient digital signature technology with time stamp,we can ensure the data security of relevant notification information between doctors and patients,effectively ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of electronic medical records,prevent the tampering and forgery of electronic medical records,ensure the authenticity and legal effectiveness of the information of informed documents,promote the construction of electronic medical records,and promote the construction of hospital informatization.
