摘要
为研究不同温度和碳氮比(C/N)对猪粪好氧堆肥发酵的影响,分别在24℃和32℃,猪粪物料混合物C/N为25和30条件下,添加0.2%复合微生物菌剂进行30 d好氧堆肥发酵试验。结果发现,32℃时混合物C/N为25组堆体2.78 d进入高温,高温持续期8.72 d,最高温度达到65℃;有机质含量降低10.86个百分点,显著低于其他3组,全氮和全磷含量显著高于其他3组;种子发芽指数达到98.63%,高于或显著高于其他3组;堆体pH和T值各组差异不显著。表明32℃时猪粪物料混合物C/N为25组猪粪好氧堆肥发酵效果最好,可以加快粪便腐熟,改善堆肥品质,为猪粪好氧堆肥发酵的适宜条件。
In order to study the effects of different temperatures and C/N on aerobic composting of pig manure,the aerobic composting experiment was conducted for 30 days,adding 0.2%compound microbial agent at 24℃and 32℃,respectively,and the mixture C/N of pig manure was 25 and 30.The results showed that the mixture C/N reached high temperature for Group 25 at 32℃for 2.78 days,and the duration of high temperature was 8.72 days,and the maximum temperature reached 65℃.Organic matter content decreased by 10.86 percentage points,which was significantly lower than the other three groups,while total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents were significantly higher than the other three groups.Seed germination index was 98.63%,higher than or significantly higher than the other three groups.There were no significant differences in the pH and T values among the groups.The results showed that at 32℃,the mixture C/N of pig manure in Group 25 had the best fermentation effect,which could accelerate the faecal decomposing and improve the quality of the compost,which was the suitable condition for pig manure aerobic composting fermentation.
