不同病情严重程度感染性腹泻患儿CK-MB、SAA的表达及对其病情严重程度的评估价值

Expression of CK-MB and SAA in Children with Infectious Diarrhea of Different Severity and Their Evaluation Value for Severity of Disease

目的:观察不同病情严重程度感染性腹泻患儿血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)表达情况,并分析二者对患儿病情严重程度的评估价值。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年5月九江市妇幼保健院收治的109例感染性腹泻患儿为研究对象,参照《诸福堂实用儿科学》中相关内容评估患儿病情严重程度并分组,分为轻度、中度、重度组,调查并比较患儿基线资料及入院时血清CK-MB、SAA水平,分析血清CK-MB、SAA水平对感染性腹泻患儿病情严重程度的评估价值。结果:109例患儿中,轻度32例,占29.36%,中度48例,占44.04%,重度29例,占26.61%。重度组血清CK-MB、SAA水平均高于轻度、中度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度、中度组血清CK-MB、SAA水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清CK-MB、SAA水平评估感染性腹泻患儿病情严重程度为重度的AUC分别为0.849、0.867,均有一定评估价值,且当血清CK-MB、SAA分别取24.91 U/L、99.10 mg/L时,可获得最佳评估价值。结论:血清CK-MB、SAA水平对感染性腹泻患儿病情严重程度具有一定评估价值。

Objective:To observe the expressions of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in children with infectious diarrhea of different severity,and to analyze their value in evaluating the severity of the disease.Method:A total of 109 children with infectious diarrhea who were admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The severity of the children’s condition was evaluated and grouped according to the relevant content in Zhufutang Practical Pediatrics.The patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups.The baseline data and serum CK-MB and SAA levels on admission were investigated and compared,and the value of serum CK-MB and SAA levels in evaluating the severity of infectious diarrhea in children was analyzed.Result:Among the 109 cases,32 cases were mild,accounting for 29.36%,48 cases were moderate,accounting for 44.04%,29 cases were severe,accounting for 26.61%.Serum CK-MB and SAA levels in the severe group were higher than those in the mild and moderate group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum CK-MB and SAA levels of the mild and moderate groups were compared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Serum CK-MB and SAA levels evaluated the AUC of severe disease severity in children with infectious diarrhea were 0.849 and 0.867,respectively,which had certain evaluation value,and when serum CK-MB and SAA were 24.91 U/L and 99.10 mg/L,the best evaluation value can be obtained.Conclusion:Serum CK-MB and SAA levels have certain value in evaluating the severity of children with infectious diarrhea.
