沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片在急性心肌梗死PCI术后心力衰竭患者治疗中的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Heart Failure after PCI for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片在急性心肌梗死PCI术后心力衰竭患者治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月新余市人民医院收治的80例急性心肌梗死PCI术后心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用盐酸贝那普利片治疗,试验组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组生活质量、心功能指标及不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)与左心室舒张末容量(LVEDV)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组LVEF与LVEDV均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组生活质量各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组生活质量各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后心力衰竭患者,可以降低不良事件发生率,改善患者的生活质量及心功能,值得推荐。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the treatment of patients with heart failure after PCI for acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 80 patients with heart failure after PCI for acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to Xinyu People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by odd-even method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets.Quality of life,cardiac function and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF and LVEDV in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of quality of life in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets for patients with heart failure after PCI for acute myocardial infarction can reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the quality of life and cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
