脏层胸膜侵犯在非小细胞肺癌中诊断与预后的研究进展

Research Progress in Diagnosis and Prognosis of Visceral Pleural Invasion in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

脏层胸膜侵犯(visceral pleural invasion,VPI)是指肿瘤侵犯超过弹力纤维层或到达胸膜表面,是非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)影响患者生存预后的重要危险因素之一。VPI的准确诊断与预测,对于治疗方式的选择及预后评估尤为重要。本文旨在简述多方研究成果,对目前VPI的诊断与预后现状做一系统综述。

Visceral pleural invasion(VPI)refers to tumor invasion beyond the elastic fiber layer or reaching the pleural surface,which is one of the most important risk factors for non-small cell lung cancer affecting the survival and prognosis of patients.The accurate diagnosis and prediction of VPI is particularly important for the choice of treatment and prognosis evaluation.The purpose of this article is to briefly describe the results of various studies,and make a systematic review of the current status of diagnosis and prognosis of VPI.
