摘要
研究目的:目前国内外中低速磁浮线路较短,磁浮扣件的研究多集中在方案及结构设计方面,缺乏相应的参数研究、选型分析及试验方法等。结合中低速磁浮轨道受力和结构特点,研究扣件系统的主要性能参数,分析整理磁浮线路的扣件使用情况;参照钢轨铁路扣件的相关标准,提出扣件组装试验方法;提出工程化应用中尚待解决的问题,为中低速磁浮扣件的发展提供建议。研究结论:(1)中低速磁浮扣件应具有足够的防爬阻力、较好的三维调整能力、合理的刚度、便捷的维护性等;(2)扣件选型应根据线路工程条件,结合调距能力、扣压件型式及可靠性、养护维修等多方面综合考虑;(3)参照铁路钢轨扣件,开展磁浮扣件组装性能试验,经300万次疲劳试验后各零部件无伤损,各项指标满足要求;(4)根据磁浮系统的特点,需进一步研究扣件系统中存在的多个技术问题,提升其服役性能;(5)本研究成果可为中低速磁浮轨道扣件的研究与设计提供借鉴与参考。
Research purposes:At present,the medium and low speed maglev lines in China and abroad are relatively short,and the research on maglev fastening system focuses on the scheme and structural design,and lacks corresponding parameter research,type selection analysis,test methods,etc.Combined with the force and structural characteristics of medium and low speed maglev track,the main performance and parameters of fastening system are studied,the use of fastening system on maglev lines is analyzed and sorted.According to the relevant standards of railway fasteners,the assembly test method is proposed.The problems to be solved in engineering application are put forward,which provides suggestions for the development of medium and low speed maglev fastening system.Research conclusions:(1)The fastening system for medium and low speed maglev track should have sufficient anti-creeping resistance,good three-dimensional adjustment capability,reasonable stiffness,convenient maintenance,etc.(2)The selection of fastening system should be comprehensively considered according to the line engineering conditions,in combination with distance adjustment capacity,fastener type and reliability,maintenance and repair,etc.(3)With reference to the railway rail fastening system,the assembly performance experiment of maglev fasteners are carried out.After 3 million fatigue tests,the components are not damaged,and all the indicators meet the requirements.(4)According to the characteristics of the maglev system,it is necessary to further study the multiple technical problems existing in the fastening system to improve its service performance.(5)The research results can provide reference for the research and design of fastening system for medium and low speed maglev track.
