Exploration of Customs Network Education and Training in the Context of Public Health Emergencies

突发公共卫生事件背景下海关干部教育培训重心将由线下转为线上,网络教育培训成为海关干部教育培训工作的新趋势。笔者通过阐述网络培训运用在干部教育培训中的必要性,分析了网络培训面临着培训体系基础薄弱及一线执法人员培训难度大的两大挑战,对海关网络教育培训提出了建立调研机制、建立科学培训模式、加强培训教师培养、健全管理制度等方面的意见建议。

Under the background of public health emergencies,the focus of education and training of customs cadres will shift from offline to online,and online education and training has become a new trend in the education and training of customs cadres.By expounding the necessity of using network training in cadre education and training,the author analyzes that network training is faced with two major challenges:the weak foundation of the training system and the difficulty of training front-line law enforcement personnel.Opinions and suggestions on training mode,strengthening the training of training teachers,and improving the management system.
