This article discusses the legal application of practitioners'use of invalid health certificates by analyzing a case of arranging practitioners who do not obtain valid health certificates to serve customers.In particular,the authors offer their own opinions on how to discern whether a health certificate is valid.The author also puts forward his own hope for the difficulties encountered by practitioners in obtaining health certificates.
