清痹洗剂外用熏洗治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Qingbi lotion fumigation and washing on rheumatoid arthritis of damp heat obstruction type

目的 探讨中药清痹洗剂外用熏洗治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月于我院治疗的80例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤、帕扶林、洛索洛芬钠片治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上联合清痹洗剂外用熏洗治疗。对比两组治疗前后的症状体征、实验室指标、DAS 28评分及临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后各症状体征、实验室指标、DAS 28评分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=—2.07、—2.42、—2.39、—3.56、—3.97、—3.74、—3.21、—3.095,均P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.892,P<0.05)。结论 清痹洗剂外用熏洗治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingbi lotion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of damp heat obstruction type.Methods A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with methotrexate,pafulin and loxoprofen sodium tablets.The patients in the treatment group were treated by external fumigation and washing with Qingbi lotion on the basis of the control group.The symptoms and signs,laboratory indexes,DAS 28 score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptoms and signs,laboratory indexes and DAS 28scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=—2.07,—2.42,—2.39,—3.56,—3.97,—3.74,—3.21,—3.095,all P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.892,P<0.05).Conclusion The external fumigation and washing with Qingbi lotion is safe and effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of damp-heat type,which is worthy of promotion.
