摘要 针对冲压件生产过程中钣金油膜厚度超差造成包边溢胶、涂装缩孔及增加企业油耗成本等问题,介绍了一种新型局部湿式润滑压边圈结构,此结构通过整合液压与PLC电控技术,在压边圈深拉伸区域设置局部喷油装置,喷油范围覆盖压边圈型面与拉伸槽,形成局部湿式润滑压边圈结构。该结构的运用为冲压厂取消机生产,通过控制油液来源以改善车身溢胶、涂装缩孔及降低油耗成本奠定基础。同时,可根据制件的成形特性进行局部润滑,解决了门内板等深拉伸制件批量生产过程易出现缩颈或开裂的问题,降低质量外溢风险。可为汽车模具设计及降低冲压厂运行成本提供参考。 For sheet metal stamping parts production process caused by oil film thickness error packet edge glue,coating porosity andincrease fuel consumption cost problem,this paperintroduces a new type of local wet lubricating pressure coil structure,this structure through the integration of the hydraulic and electric control technology of PLC,circle at the edge of the pressure deep drawing area set up local injection device,injection covering pressure rim profile and the drawing,Forming alocal wet lubrication blank holder ring structure The application of this structure can lay a foundation for stamping plant to cancel machine production,improve body glue overflow,coating shrinkage and reduce fuel consumption cost by controllingoil sourceAt thesametime,local lubrication can be carried out according to the forming characteristics of the parts to solve the problem of neck shrinkage or cracking in the batch production process of deep drawing parts such as door inner plate,and reduce the risk of quality spillover This paper can provide reference for the design of automobile die and reduce the running cost of stamping plant.
