油箱支架冲压工艺优化

Optimization of Stamping Process for Fuel Tank Bracket

摘要 根据油箱支架制件结构特点,对该制件的冲压成形工艺进行了分析。介绍了冲压工艺优化过程,通过CAE分析,不断调整冲压角度,优化拉伸工艺,将翻边工序合并到整形工序内,减少了冲压工序。通过模具结构的优化,保证制件质量稳定,降低了生产成本. According to the structural characteristics of fuel tank bracket,the stamping process of the part is analyzed.The optimization process of stamping process is introduced.Through CAE analysis,the stamping angle is continuously adjusted,the drawing content is optimizedthe flanging process is combined into the reshaping process to reduce the process.Through the optimization of die structure,the stable quality of parts is ensured and the production costis reduced.
