基于UG电器插座排样优化级进模设计

摘要 对电器插座的结构进行了分析,利用UG软件对该制件的排样设计进行了单排和双排的三维仿真,通过对材料利用率、制件的精度要求,模具结构等方面进行综合比较和分析,最后采用双排横排对称排列、中间载体的排样设计方案。UG级进模模块的排样设计功能能把传统的二维排样图转换为三维仿真,与传统的二维手工设计相比,排样的真实性更好帮助设计人员对排样进行设计和分析,值得推广。 The structure of electrical socket was analyzed, in witch the layout design of the part was simulated by UG software, according to the analysis and comparison of utilization, accuracy and structure,the layout design scheme of double row horizontal row symmetrical arrangement and intermediate carrier was adopted. The layout design function of UG can convert the traditional two-dimensional layout drawing into three-dimensional simulation, the authenticity of layout is better to help workers designing and analyzing compared with the traditional twodimensional manual design.
