摘要
提出了基于不增加模具成本及更改已有成熟模具技术的前提下解决塑件因轻量化设计需求,并在不出现由于顶出造成塑件开裂、表面质量缺陷及变形不符标准的前提下仍能顺利脱模而采用的延迟顶出的特殊解决方法;通过重复试模,重点研究塑件壁厚结构强度、验证延时顶出距离对开裂塑件质量的影响,模具延时顶出设计要点、顶出基本结构、工作过程、技术特点及成本影响。同步研究探讨该方法在轻量化塑件模具在生产效率、外观质量控制、生产稳定性的优势。研究结果显示,与传统方式解决技术相比,延迟顶出方法具有明显优势,这一方法可以在模具中快速实施、快速验证、无需对塑件进行更改,免除因塑件调整而需重新进行的确认时间、流程及相应验证等工作。
A special solution for delayed ejection, which is based on the requirement of lightweight design of products without increasing the cost of mold and changing the existing mature mold technology, is proposed, and can still be successfully ejected without the occurrence of product cracking, surface quality defects and deformation non-conforming standards due to ejection.Through repeated mold testing, the structure strength of product wall thickness is mainly studied,the effect of delay ejection distance on the quality of cracked products is verified, and the design points, basic structure, working principle, technical features and cost impact of delay ejection are also discussed. The advantages of this method in production efficiency, appearance quality control and production stability of lightweight plastic product mold are discussed through simultaneous study. The research results show that the delayed ejection method has obvious advantages over the traditional methods. It can be quickly implemented in the mold, quickly verified, and does not need to change the product, eliminating the need for new confirmation time,process and corresponding verification due to product adjustment.
