摘要
针对GH3536合金,试验研究了激光选区熔化(SLM)与皮秒激光切割相结合的激光增减材复合3D打印工艺,探讨了工艺参数对打印零件尺寸和侧表面粗糙度值的影响规律,并打印了薄壁结构和小孔结构。结果表明:随着皮秒激光单脉冲能量的提高,打印尺寸和侧表面粗糙度值减小。打印尺寸随着扫描速度的提高略有增大,随着扫描次数的增加略有减小。侧表面粗糙度值随着扫描速度的提高,先由大变小,然后再由小变大。侧表面粗糙度值随着扫描次数的增加而减小,达到一定的扫描次数之后趋于稳定。与SLM相比,激光增减材复合3D打印的薄壁结构和小孔结构,其尺寸更接近设计尺寸。
For GH3536 alloy,the laser additive and subtract hybrid 3D printing process combined with selective laser melting(SLM)and picosecond laser cutting was experimentally studied.The influence of process parameters on the size and side surface roughness of printed parts was discussed,and the thin-walled structure and pore structure were printed.The results show that with the increase of picosecond laser pulse energy,the printing size and side surface roughness decrease.The printing size increases slightly with the increase of scanning speed and decreases slightly with the increase of scanning times With the increase of scanning speed,the side surface roughness decreases from large to smalland then increases from small to large.The side surface roughness decreases with the increase of scanning times,and tends to be stable after reaching a certain number of scanning times.Compared with SLM,the size of thin-walled structure and pore structure of laser additive and subtract hybrid 3D printing is closertothe design size.
