罐体胀形模的芯轴推杆加工技术

摘要 在机械加工中,罐体胀形模的芯轴推杆一般是车铣复合机床或加工中心机床加工,由于推杆是锥面,刀具加工产生的刀纹不与轴线同向,使用中流畅性不好,再者锥面对中心线的对称度满足不了产品使用要求,刀具磨损需要频繁,频繁更换刀具容易产生误差。分析了芯轴推杆加工难点,并介绍了推杆的加工方法。 In mechanical processing,the mandrel push rod of the tank body bulging die is generally processed by turn milling compound machine tool or machining center machine tool.Because the push rod is a conical surface,the knife pattern produced bytool processing isnot in the same direction with the axis,and the fluency in use is not good.In addition,the symmetry of the conical surface to the centerline can not meet the product use requirements,the tool wear needs to be frequent,and frequent tool replacement is easy to produce errors.The processing difficulties of mandrel push rod are analyzed,and the processing method of push rod is introduced.
