缓释剂改性壳聚糖基锌配合物的原位合成及其抑菌活性

摘要 [目的]研究新型缓释剂改性壳聚糖基锌配合物的合成及其抑菌活性。[方法]采用微波辐射法将壳聚糖进行烷基化改性,然后在一定条件下把锌离子与改性壳聚糖进行原位螯合,形成一种新型缓释抑菌剂,并采用红外光谱、核磁等方法对中间产物及目标产物进行表征分析。并对目标产物以不同质量浓度进行抑菌试验,观察分析不同质量浓度下的菌种生长情况。[结果]在一定质量浓度条件下,菌种生长较为缓慢,该产物具有一定的抑菌效果,在几种病原菌的抑菌试验中,对苹果腐烂病菌的抑菌效果要突出一些,其10 g/L质量浓度的有机锌抑菌剂对苹果腐烂病菌的抑菌率达到了61.72%±3.48%,而对甘蔗凤梨病菌的抑菌作用弱一些。对其他致病菌的抑菌效果还有待研究观察。[结论]将壳聚糖与金属离子进行配位,对缓释剂研究具有一定的指导借鉴意义。 [Aims] This paper aims to study synthesis and antibacterial activity of zinc complexes based modified chitosan namely sustained-release agent. [Methods] Chitosan was alkylated by microwave radiation, and then zinc ion was used to chelate in situ with modified chitosan under certain conditions to form a new type of slow-release bacteriostatic agent. The intermediates and target products were characterized by IR and NMR. And the target products were used to conduct bacteriostatic test with different concentrations, and observe and analyze the growth of different concentrations of bacteria. [Results] The results showed that the growth of bacteria was relatively slow at a certain concentration, so the product had a certain antibacterial effect. In the antibacterial tests of several pathogenic bacteria,the antibacterial effect of the organic zinc antibacterial agent at the concentration of 10 g/L on apple rot pathogen was more outstanding, and the antibacterial rate of the organic zinc antibacterial agent at the concentration of 10 g/L reached61.72%±3.48%. The inhibitory effect on bromeliads was weaker. The inhibitory effect on other pathogenic bacteria will be remained to be studied and observed. [Conclusions] The coordination of chitosan with metal ions has certain guiding significance for research of sustained-release agents.
