摘要 [目的]开发48%烯酰吗啉·氰霜唑悬浮剂。[方法]采用常规湿法研磨工艺,对配方中的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂和原药进行了筛选,并测试了不同配方的粒径、析水率、分散性、冷贮、热贮和冻融稳定性等指标。采用田间药效试验,验证对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果。[结果]当烯酰吗啉40.0%,氰霜唑8.0%,JP-8453 4.0%,Atlas 5002L2.0%、黄原胶0.15%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、乙二醇4.0%、柠檬酸钠1.0%、消泡剂SAG630 0.2%、去离子水补足至100%,可制得合格的48%烯酰吗啉·氰霜唑悬浮剂。该悬浮剂对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果较好,使用剂量为160、192 mg a.i./kg对葡萄霜霉病防治效果尤佳,药后7 d的防效分别为73.53%和87.91%,药后14 d的防效分别为72.62%和86.61%,防治效果显著高于对照药剂。[结论]该配方适用于不同工艺生产的氰霜唑原药,具有良好的稳定性和药效,可指导烯酰吗啉和氰霜唑复配悬浮剂配方的开发和生产。 [Aims] This study aims to develop dimethomorph-cyazofamid 48% SC. [Methods] The wet milling was used to prepare the SC with different dispersants, thickeners, antifreezers and cyazofamid technical in the formulation through the tests of particle size, the ratio of water separation layers, dispersion and storage stability at high temperature,low temperature and freeze-thaw temperature. The field efficacy test was used to verify the control effect of downy mildew on grapes. [Results] The best formulation was dimethomorph 40.0%, cyazofamid 8.0%, JP-8453 4.0%, Atlas5002 L 2.0%, xanthan gum 0.15%, magnesium aluminium silicate 0.5%, ethylene glycol 4.0%, sodium citrate 1.0%,SAG630 0.2%, and deionized water added up to 100%. The suspension concentrate had a good control effect on the grape downy mildew, and the dosages of 160 and 192 mg a.i./kg were better. The control effects were 73.53% and87.91% at 7 d and 72.62% and 86.61% at 14 d after treatment, respectively, and the control effects were significantly higher than the control groups. [Conclusions] The formulation was suitable for cyazofamid technical with different shape and properties. The guidance for the development and production of suspension concentration with dimethomorph and cyazofamid was provided.
