吡唑醚菌酯与异菌脲复配对番茄炭疽病的联合生物活性及田间防效

The combined bioactivity and field effects of the combination of pyraclostrobin and iprodione against Colletotrichum lycopersici

摘要 [目的]为了筛选能防治番茄炭疽病的高效药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长抑制法和田间药效试验,评价了复配组合的联合生物活性及对番茄炭疽病的抑制活性。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯与异菌脲质量比1∶6复配时,对番茄炭疽病的EC_(50)值1.23 mg/L,共毒系数(CTC)155.32,联合生物活性增效作用最强;培养5.5 d后番茄炭疽病菌孢子数1.4×10^(6)~2.1×10^(6)CFU/mL。35%吡唑醚菌酯·异菌脲悬浮剂(质量比1∶6)210~315 g a.i./hm^(2)防治番茄炭疽病防效65.0%~86.6%,显著高于对照单剂,用药量更低。[结论]吡唑醚菌酯与异菌脲质量比1∶6复配,用量210~315 g a.i./hm^(2),能防治番茄炭疽病,可达到农药减量增效的目的。 [Aims]This study aims to screen out efficient fungicides to control Colletotrichum lycopersici.[Methods]The mycelium growth inhibitory method and field efficacy tests were adopted to evaluate the type of the joint effect and the control efficacy on C.lycopersici of the mixtures.[Results]The type of joint effect was synergistic on C.lycopersici when the ratio of pyraclostrobin to iprodione was 1∶6,the EC_(50)value was 1.23 mg/L,the co-toxicity coefficient was 155.32.C.lycopersici spore number was 1.4×10^(6)-2.1×10^(6)CFU/mL for 5.5 days.The control efficacy against C.lycopersici was 65.0%-86.6%when the ratio of pyraclostrobin to iprodione was 1∶6 at the dosage of 210-315 g a.i./ha,which was significant better than that of single agent,and the dosage was lower.[Conclusions]The ratio of pyraclostrobin to iprodione 1∶6 as an effective agent for controlling C.lycopersici when the dosage of the active ingredients was 210-315 g a.i./ha,it could reduce the use of fungicides application and increase efficiency.
