摘要
导弹适配器是发射装置中的重要结构,影响导弹的出筒稳定性。针对某型同心筒倾斜发射装置,研究两类适配器对导弹发射动态响应的影响。建立非线性动力学方程,基于有限元理论对导弹质心动态响应、摩擦阻力及适配器压缩量进行仿真分析。结果表明:典型三层式适配器使导弹具有更好的动态稳定性,对导弹的旋转具有一定的限制作用;适配器摩擦力峰值F_(max)=337 N,补偿层最大应变ε_(max)=0.27,其接触参数均在安全的工作范围内;在不考虑适配器质量及加工工艺因素下,典型三层式适配器更有利于某型同心筒倾斜发射导弹的出筒稳定性。
The missile adapters are important structures in the launcher,which affect the stability of the missile.The effect of two adapters on the dynamic response of missile launch is studied for a concentric canister tilt launcher.Based on the finite element theory,the dynamic response of missile’s centroid,frictional resistance and adapter compression are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the typical three-layer adapter can make the missile have better dynamic stability and limit the missile rotation to a certain extent.The peak friction of the adapter is F_(max)= 337 N,and the maximum strain of the compensation layer is ε_(max)=0.27.The contact parameters are all within the safe working range.Without considering the quality and processing technology of the adapter,the typical three-layer adaptor is more favorable to the barrel stability of a concentric projectile tilt launched missile.
