In the modern construction industry,the control of construction management quality and safety has become the current focus.However,in the construction management,there are still many problems,so in this context,it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research and analysis on the relevant content.This paper first expounds the value of construction management of building engineering,secondly lists the content of construction management of building engineering,discusses the problems in construction management of building engineering,and finally provides countermeasures for optimization in construction management of building engineering.It is hoped that through the research on related content,the construction management of building engineering can be effectively improved.
