生物反馈治疗仪在产后盆底康复治疗中的疗效评估 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评估生物反馈治疗仪在产后盆底康复治疗中的疗效。方法:选取2017年8月~2020年3月本院收治的111例产后行盆底康复治疗的自然分娩产妇为观察对象,随机分为观察组56例、对照组55例,观察组予以生物反馈治疗仪干预、对照组予以常规盆底肌锻炼干预,观察干预效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率、阴道肌张力、阴道肌电压、夜尿次数、盆底功能恢复时间等盆底康复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组在治疗前盆底肌纤维持续收缩压、PFDI-20、I-QOL评分均没有统计学差异(P>0.05);经过不同治疗方案后,观察组盆底肌纤维持续收缩压、PFDI-20、I-QOL评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产后盆底康复治疗中应用生物反馈治疗仪干预,能显著提升治疗效果,促使产妇盆底肌更快康复,减轻产妇痛苦,提升其生存质量。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of biofeedback therapy instrument in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 111 spontaneous delivery women who received pelvic floor rehabilitation after childbirth in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group of 56 cases and a control group of 55 cases.The observation group was given biofeedback therapy instrument intervention,and the control group was given routine pelvic floor muscle exercise intervention to observe the intervention effect.Results:The treatment efficiency,vaginal muscle tension,vaginal muscle voltage,nocturia frequency,and recovery time of pelvic floor function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in the continuous systolic blood pressure of pelvic floor muscle fibers,PFDI-20,and I-QOL scores before treatment(P>0.05).The PFDI-20 and I-QOL scores were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biofeedback therapeutic instrument intervention in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect,promote faster recovery of maternal pelvic floor muscles,reduce maternal pain,and improve their quality of life.
