红外热成像热秩序解读方法的建立及在石墨烯热疗对经络感应的观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立一种人体红外热成像热图的热秩序解读方法,并应用于石墨烯材料热疗对于人体局部及经络穴位的热渗透、热传导、热感应等研究。方法:与其他发热材料进行对照,应用热秩序解读方法观察志愿者经石墨烯材料热疗后,人体相关部位在热成像下的温升效应。结果:红外热成像图热秩序显示,石墨烯热疗能产生良好的督脉温升效应;与对照组相比,石墨烯热疗后在加热的局部温度明显低于对照品的前提下,其对热疗局部邻近部位及对侧肢体经络穴位的温升效应好于对照品。结论:以人体红外热成像热图热秩序的解读,观察不同材料的热疗效应,方法简捷、可靠,具有可行性;以此方法发现,石墨烯热疗具有良好的局部热渗透、经络热传导、穴位热感应等特性,可以指导进一步的新型医疗器械研究开发。 Objective:Establish a method to analyze the thermal order of human infrared thermal imaging thermogram,and apply it to the research of graphene material hyperthermia on the heat penetration,heat conduction and heat sensation of human body meridians&acupoints.Methods:The volunteers were treated with graphene and compared with other heating materials.The thermal order analysis method was used to observe the temperature rise effect of relevant parts of the human body under thermal imaging.Results:The thermal order of infrared thermography showed that graphene hyperthermia could produce a good temperature rise effect;Compared with the control group,the local temperature of graphene after hyperthermia is significantly lower than that of the control product,the temperature rise effect of graphene on the local adjacent parts of hyperthermia and the meridians&acupoints of the opposite limb is better than that of the control product.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and feasible to observe the hyperthermia effect of different materials by analyzing the thermal order of human infrared thermography;It is found that graphene hyperthermia has good body heat penetration,meridian heat conduction and acupoint heat induction and other characteristics,which can guide the further research/development of medical devices.
