髓内钉内固定治疗难复性和易复性股骨转子间骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Intramedullary Nail Fixation in the Treatment of Refractory and Easy to Refold Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的:探究髓内钉内固定治疗难复性和易复性股骨转子间骨折的临床应用效果。方法:随机选取2018年6月~2020年6月本院难复性和易复性股骨转子间骨折患者60例,用骨膜剥离器辅助复位后行髓内固定法治疗难复性组,用常规行闭合复位髓内钉内固定法治疗易复性组患者,比较两组患者手术情况及并发症发生情况等指标。结果:易复性组出血量、手术时间均优于难复性组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组住院时间、并发症比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:患者经髓内钉内固定治疗后,患者恢复进程达到医患双方预期,难复性患者手术创伤会更加明显,治疗有很大难度。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of refractory and easy to refold femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:60 patients with refractory and easy-to-reset femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly selected,and intramedullary fixation was performed after assisted reduction by periosteal stripper.In the renaturation group,routine closed reduction and intramedullary nailing were used to treat the patients in the easy renaturation group,and the surgical conditions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding volume and operation time of the refractory group were better than those of the refractory group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:After the patient is treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation,the patient’s recovery process has reached the expectations.The surgical trauma of intractable patients will be more obvious,and the treatment will be very difficult.
