血涂片显微镜检查在血常规检验中的应用评价

Evaluation of the Application of Blood Smear Microscopy in Routine Blood Examination

目的:分析血常规检验价值,评价血涂片显微镜检查的临床价值,为疾病检验、临床诊断工作提供参考。方法:于本院2019年3月~2020年3月选择100份血液标本,患者均知情同意,上报医院伦理委员会审核批准,均行血液分析仪检查、血涂片显微镜检查,分别作为此次研究的观察1组和观察2组。对比分析观察1组、观察2组经血液分析仪检查、血涂片显微镜检查相符率、具体异常情况表现以及占比情况。结果:观察1组与观察2组经血液分析仪检查、血涂片显微镜检查后镜检结果相符率为63.00%、不相符率为37.00%。就血液分析仪检查、血涂片显微镜检查表现看,观察1组血液分析仪检查结果提示白细胞正常/升高、中性粒细胞升高情况下,观察2组血涂片镜检结果异常率为18.00%,白细胞正常/下降/升高与嗜酸性粒细胞、单核细胞计数变化情况下,观察2组血涂片镜检结果的异常率为12.00%。结论:相较于血液分析仪检查,血涂片镜检是血细胞分析的重要部分,大大提高了血液标本检查结果的准确性,为疾病诊断、后续治疗工作提供参考。另外,可以根据受检患者情况联合血液分析仪检查、血涂片显微镜检查,以提升疾病诊断效能。

Objective:To analyze the value of routine blood tests,evaluate the clinical value of blood smear microscopy,and provide references for disease testing and clinical diagnosis.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,100 blood specimens were selected in our hospital,the patients had informed consent,and they were submitted to the hospital ethics committee for review and approval.All were examined by blood analyzer and blood smear microscopy as the study.Observation 1 group and observation 2 group.Comparative analysis of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were checked by blood analyzer and blood smear microscopy,the matching rate,the performance of specific abnormalities and the proportion.Results:Observation group 1 and observation group 2 were examined by blood analyzer and blood smear after microscopic examination.The coincidence rate was 63.00%,and the non-conformity rate was 37.00%.Regarding the performance of blood analyzer examination and blood smear microscopic examination,the abnormality rate of observation results of blood smear microscopic examination of the two groups when the results of observation of the blood analyzer indicated that white blood cells were normal/elevated and neutrophils increased 18.00%,with normal/decreased/increased white blood cells and changes in eosinophil and monocyte counts,the abnormal rate of blood smear microscopic examination results in the two groups was 12.00%.Conclusion:Compared with blood analyzer examination,blood smear microscopy is an important part of blood cell analysis,which greatly improves the accuracy of blood sample examination results and provides reference for disease diagnosis and follow-up treatment.In addition,it can be combined with blood analyzer inspection and blood smear microscopy according to the condition of the tested patient to improve the diagnostic efficiency of the disease.
