西门子3.0T磁共振高分辨技术(HRMRI)在脑梗死复发患者颈动脉斑块评估中的应用效果

Application Effect of Siemens 3.0T High Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging(HRMRI)in the Evaluation of Carotid Plaque in Patients with Recurrent Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析西门子3.0T磁共振高分辨技术(HRMRI)实施后,脑梗死复发患者颈动脉斑块评估情况,观察其临床效果。方法:选择2019年5月~2021年3月100例脑梗死患者;根据疾病发病情况将其分为研究组(复发性脑梗死)与对照组(初发性脑梗死),以上两组患者分别为58例、42例。所有患者均给予西门子3.0THRMRI检查,对两组患者的疾病检查情况进行对比分析。结果:不稳定性斑块检出率分析结果显示,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组管壁标准化指数(NWI)高于对照组,研究结果有意义(P<0.05)。结论:西门子3.0THRMRI检查效果显著,对疾病复发的诊断具有积极意义,可以为后续疾病治疗提供有效参考。

Objective:To analyze the evaluation of carotid plaque in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction after the implementation of Siemens 3.0T high resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HRMRI),and to observe its clinical effect.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction from May 2019 to March 2021 were selected;According to the disease incidence,they were divided into the study group(recurrent cerebral infarction)and the control group(primary cerebral infarction).There were 58 and 42 patients in the above two groups,respectively.All patients were given Siemens 3.0THRMRI examination,and the disease examination of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The detection rate of unstable plaque in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The NWI of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Siemens 3.0THRMRI examination has significant effect,which has positive significance for the diagnosis of disease recurrence,and can provide effective reference for the follow-up treatment of diseases.
