吞咽功能障碍治疗仪对脑梗死吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果

The Effect of Swallowing Dysfunction Therapeutic Instrument on the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨吞咽功能障碍治疗仪对脑梗死吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月在本院治疗的脑梗死吞咽功能障碍患者80例为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为两组,观察组与对照组,对照组40例,给予相应的康复训练,观察组40例,在康复训练的同时用吞咽功能障碍治疗仪治疗。对比两组治疗前后吞咽功能评分、洼田饮水实验评分变化情况,并对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者吞咽功能障碍评分及洼田饮水实验评分比较均无较大差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组咽功能障碍评分及洼田饮水实验评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床疗效占比为97.5%,对照组临床疗效占比为77.5%,观察组患者治疗后临床疗效占比高于对照组,并发症发生率则明显低于对照组,两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对存在脑梗死吞咽功能障碍的患者使用吞咽功能障碍治疗仪进行辅助治疗,能够改善患者的吞咽功能,治疗效果良好。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of a swallowing dysfunction therapeutic instrument on the treatment of cerebral infarction with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:80 patients with cerebral infarction and swallowing dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 2 groups according to random drawing method,the observation group and the control group,and the control group 40 cases.According to the corresponding rehabilitation training,40 cases in the observation group were treated with a swallowing dysfunction treatment instrument while rehabilitation training.The changes in the scores of swallowing function and Watian drinking water test scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of swallowing dysfunction and Watian drinking test score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s pharyngeal dysfunction scores and Watian drinking test scores were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group accounted for 97.5%,and the clinical efficacy of the control group was 77.5%.The clinical efficacy of patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group.The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a swallowing dysfunction therapeutic device for adjuvant treatment of patients with cerebral infarction swallowing dysfunction can improve the swallowing function of patients,and the treatment effect is good.
