中频脉冲治疗仪在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析中频脉冲治疗仪在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月~2021年2月本院收治的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将其分为两组。对照组采用药物进行治疗,研究组采用中频脉冲治疗仪进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的神经传导速度、神经功能评分以及血流变指标。结果:治疗前两组患者的各项观察指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的正中神经传导速度和腓总神经传导速度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的神经反射评分、神经症状评分和感觉功能评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组患者的各项血流变指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中应用中频脉冲治疗仪可以显著改善神经传导速度和神经功能。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of intermediate frequency pulse therapy apparatus in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with drugs,and the study group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse therapy instrument.The nerve conduction velocity and nerve function score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The hemorheological indexes and nerve conduction function of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the median nerve conduction velocity and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nerve reflex score,nerve symptom score and sensory function score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the hemorheological indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medium frequency pulse therapy can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity and nerve function in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
