摘要 目的:对高频电刀进行计量检测和质量控制,探究高频电刀的有效计量测量方式和质量控制手段。方法:以本院同一批次购置的高频电刀为研究对象,引用分析近五年高频电刀的计量检测数据,并分析计量检测的方法、优点以及意义,对高频电刀当下的质量进行判断,找出高频电刀发生故障的趋势,根据该趋势制定维修计划,进一步对高频电刀采取质量控制措施。结果:进行细致的、全面的计量检测,能够降低高频电刀出现故障的风险,质量控制效率也更高。结论:掌握计量检测并且能够检测医院的高频电刀的各个功能,方便对高频电刀进行及时的维修,提高了对高频电刀的质量控制效率,在临床治疗中能够保证规范、安全地进行操作,为手术的顺利进行提供了保障。 Objective:To carry out metrological testing and quality control of high-frequency electrosurgical knives,and explore the effective measurement methods and quality control methods of high-frequency electrosurgical knives.Methods:Taking the same batch of high-frequency electrosurgical units purchased in our hospital as the research object,citing and analyzing the measurement and testing data of nearly five high-frequency electrosurgical devices,and analyzing the methods,advantages and significance of measurement and testing,and assessing the current quality of high-frequency electrosurgical devices.Judge,find out the trend of high-frequency electric knife failure,formulate maintenance plan based on this trend,and take further quality control measures for high-frequency electric knife.Results:Careful and comprehensive measurement and testing can reduce the risk of failure of the high-frequency electrosurgical unit,and the quality control efficiency is higher.Conclusion:Master the measurement and detection and be able to detect the various functions of the hospital’s high-frequency electrosurgical units,facilitate timely maintenance of the high-frequency electrosurgical units,improve the quality control efficiency of the high-frequency electrosurgical units,and ensure standardized and safe clinical treatment.The operation provides a guarantee for the smooth progress of the operation.
